Why We Exist?

  • Have you noticed that one of your biggest obstacles to having what you want in your life and business is your ability to make behavioral changes?

  • Have you ever had the feeling that something “more” was possible and yet you lacked the clarity on how to define it, let alone achieve it?

  • Has frustration become a companion that you’d like to break up with?

In your own success, consider that failure to change has far more to do with your conditioned programming than it does with your ability or talent. Frustration is compounded when there is a lack of clarity in direction. If you’ve found yourself drowning in the never-ending stream of data and noise of social media, you’re not alone. The existence of so many social media channels and readily-available information, may find you comparing yourself to others and questioning your next move. This act of comparing overwhelms your brain, shutting down your ability to engage in creative and strategic thinking.

You have extraordinary talent that is unique to only you. Our world needs your talent to be fully expressed. In order to fully recognize and express that talent, it will require an approach that you haven’t utilized in the past. Research supports that nearly 97% of what you and I do during the course of any given day, is a conditioned habituated response. This means, like Pavlov’s dog, when stimuli is presented, we respond without even thinking. We are constantly operating from what we already know. It is impossible for you to discover new territory by only exploring what you already know from the past. New levels of performance, both individually and organizationally, will require a new way of behaving. All long-term behavioral change is preceded by an internal shift in thinking.

Your Performance People was developed as a company to be “for” you vs. “with” you. We exist to be an expression of prosperity and possibility, empowering you the freedom to experience your brilliance and live life fully. Your success is our passion!

Our approach to individual and organizational performance is an “inside out” process. We focus on identifying the thinking that is driving behavior as a method of effecting change both at an individual and organizational level. Increased performance, productivity, fulfillment, and/or profitability are a byproduct of our “inside out” process.

In the making for 22 years. As Founding Partners, we have over 50 years of collective coaching experience, delivering tens of thousands of hours in coaching calls, conducting workshops, delivering group programs, and working within organizational structures to maximize team performance. Our work has touched thousands of lives and has a ripple effect impacting future generations.

As a team we base our coaching in the neurosciences using a whole-brain approach to coaching. We specialize in a number of objective and deductive brain-based assessments as the foundation of our work. These assessments allow us to quickly identify one’s habitual way of thinking by focusing on how a client thinks instead of what a client thinks. Focusing on the how allows us to see what drives the decision-making process, which is driving actions and, ultimately, results. By going below the surface of the typical personality/behavior profile, we are able to create change and maximize on a person’s natural thinking strengths. We are also able to identify and create awareness around potential blind spots in thinking, resulting in increased performance both personally and professionally. When this approach is carried out across an organizational structure, it is a game-changer.
