Customized Coaching Programs

Our Performance Plus, Elite, and Premier members have the option to add on coaching hours and/or a monthly sales strategy meeting at a discount for members within their organization. Please reach out to your coach or contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or are interested in building a customized coaching membership for your organization.

Monthly Sales Strategy Meeting

On a monthly basis a YPP Coach will facilitate a remote sales meeting. The monthly coach-facilitated sales meeting/accountability session is designed for the entire team and will be held on a monthly basis. Up to 19 salespeople will have the capacity to track lag measures as well as lead measures for behavioral change.

The YPP Coach will utilize the organization’s goals and objectives, data collected from tracking lead and lag measures, and current market opportunities as a foundation for each session.

Clarity within an organization will have the greatest impact on team performance. Eleven (11) remote 1-Hour each sales meetings will be provided during the year and (1) 2-hour mid-term review.
