Ron Patulski

Ron Patulski is the CEO and one of the Senior Certified Master Coaches at Your Performance People.

Over the last 22 years, Ron has been a Business Performance Coach working with all types of individuals spanning all types of industries.

As a CPA and business owner for the majority of his life, he has a passion for the game of business. Ron has held the designation as a Certified Master Coach for well over a decade, a Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an Executive Level Coach through Columbia University, and continues to study under a number of mentors including a professor at Harvard applying neuroscience to individual and organizational performance. He is also a former member of The Forbes Coaches Council.

In 2011, after coaching an Executive at KW/MAPS Coaching, a division of Keller Williams Realty International, Ron was offered an opportunity to move to Austin, Texas and be an integral part of growing KW/MAPS Coaching. He started as V.P of Operations for MAPS Coaching, moved on to the position of V.P of MAPS Coaching and was instrumental in the development of MAPS Transformational Coaching, hiring and training coaches and ultimately serving as the Director of the division. During this time, he played an integral part to grow the client-coaching roster by 7x it’s original size, hired and developed 100’s of talented business coaches, and in the process, developed an amazing community of coaches and clients.

Ron, along with his wife Kate, is passionate about the potential of the human mind with a mission to forge new frontiers and breakthroughs assisting others in living the lives they imagine. They are currently advancing this work through a field they have coined and trademarked as “Mind Architects”

Kate Patulski

Kate Patulski is the President of Your Performance People and one of our Senior Master Certified Coaches. She started her career as a Physician’s Assistant after college working for the Chief of Staff, Department of Neurosurgery at Upstate Medical Center.

In 1985 she began working in the real estate industry. Working alongside her husband they developed a real estate company and mortgage operation. Both companies were sold in the early 2000s.

She began her coaching career while working in the real estate industry in 1997 with The Mike Ferry Organization, where she coached individuals, developed their Mindset Training Program, and wrote and delivered their NLP program with her husband, Ron.

In 2008, she left The Mike Ferry Organization and founded PerformanceU with her husband. Their focus was on integrating neuroscience principles and behavioral change methodologies in the coaching process in order to increase individual and organizational performance. In 2009, she began a working relationship with KW MAPS Coaching after working closely with the MAPS Executive Team. She went on to be a BOLD coach, was fundamental in developing their Coach Mastery Development Program, served as one of their first Head Coaches, training and developing new coaches, as well as writing and delivering their Language of Sales Program. She left KWMAPS coaching in June 2018 to return to her coaching roots.

She and her husband have always been obsessed with human behavior and began studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming and behavioral change in the mid 90s. Since her coaching career began more than two decades ago, she has been Master Certified in NLP, Certified in Emotional Intelligence, holds a Certified Master Coach designation (CMC) through the Behavioral Coaching Institute, an Executive Coach designation through Columbia University, a Founding Member of the John Maxwell Team, and a skilled Axiologist. She has also been certified in many behavioral and brain-based assessments utilized at Your Performance People, LLC. She and her husband have had the privilege of studying under many impressive icons in the coaching industry both in the United States and abroad.

Kate brings a wealth of knowledge, practical experience, and a passion for seeing individuals, teams, and organizations thrive.

Cortney Morris

Cortney Morris is the Vice President of Your Performance People and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. She began schooling with a focus in psychology and spent a great deal of time working as a member of a behavioral research team. During this time, she developed a love of learning how to implement research into the real world. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. After graduation, she accepted a position as a family therapist working with high-risk children and families. The focus of her work was creating environmental change in order to effect behavioral change.

Having grown up in a coaching household, Cortney was always drawn to the field. In 2013, she decided to put her energy and focus on transferring her skillset to working with business professionals, and so she obtained her certification as a Master Practitioner of NLP. In 2014, she became a Certified Personal and Executive Coach through the CAPP Institute and began her coaching career with MAPS coaching. She continues to engage with higher-learning organizations as she pursues very specific designations around neuroscience, focusing on individual and organizational performance. Since this time, she has delivered transformational sessions to large groups, co-facilitated many break-out sessions during Keller Williams (a real estate franchise system) events, and co-wrote and facilitated Mastering Your Mind. She works with individuals to help them maximize their potential through conversations that are empowering, challenging, results-focused, and fun. In June of 2018, she left MAPS to pursue her passion of neuro-based coaching.

As a millennial, she can easily relate to a generation that has grown up on social media and technology. As the product of two entrepreneurs, she has lived a life understanding that a person creates their experience based on their focus. She brings a unique perspective, and a steady no-nonsense-yet-caring approach to her coaching.

Cortney resides in Austin, Texas with her husband, Andrew, and her son, Wesley.
