Sarah D’Angelo
Growing up, Sarah’s mother used to say that she could “sell ice to Eskimos” so it was no surprise that upon graduating from college she was drawn to sales roles. That changed on September 11, 2001, when she felt compelled to serve our country and the state of New York as a member of the Air National Guard. In the Guard she learned management skills that, when combined with her passion for sales, allowed her to lead the sales division for a local start-up company specializing in homeland security equipment. In one year, she grew the division from the launch phase to the fifth highest in gross sales in security equipment. Sarah was recognized in the Albany Business Review’s Book of Lists, and from there, was recruited by a Fortune 500 security company to lead their residential sales department. Within 9 months, she had grown a team of commission-only sales reps from one to a team of eleven, attaining both the highest sales ever in the region and recognition as the leader of one of the top ten sales teams in the country. During a regional restructuring, which would require a move, she shifted her focus to residential real estate sales.
Sarah has always been passionate about helping others achieve their dreams. Real Estate became a vehicle to pursue her passion. Sarah consistently performed in the top 20% of agents in the market center. In 2010, she had the privilege of serving as the Team Leader for the White Plains, NY Keller Williams market center. In 2011, Sarah returned to the Capital District to care for her ailing mother after a difficult surgery. She re-launched her career locally with Keller Williams and immediately hired a coach to ensure accountability and effective implementation of the systems needed for optimal business growth.
It wasn’t long before Sarah’s coach, Kate Patulski, recognized her leadership skills, passion for learning, and strategic thinking process to achieving sales success. Sarah began an intensive coach training program in 2014 and worked with MAPS Coaching until mid-year 2018 coaching individual agents and teams. Her expertise in the systems and models of the Millionaire Real Estate Agent, her sales and leadership experience, along with her understanding of what it takes to create behavioral change, has been her winning formula as a coach. Sarah is also a Certified John Maxwell Coach. She has a personal mission of educating and empowering others, and a firm belief in the capacity of human beings.
Sarah joins our mission at Your Performance People to be an expression of prosperity and possibility allowing others to experience their own brilliance and live life fully.
